Health can mean so many things, from eating, exercising to spiritual. I belive there all very important but they all start with your body and how your Fueling it! if you feed a car bad fuel it wont run right, itel mess things all up. For your body its the same if you dont feed it right its like a snowball effect, you cant seem to find the energy to exercise then your mind starts being goofy and most of the time you dont even relise it happening or have never felt what its like to be really healthy. This day and age people are living off frozen foods, fast foods and socalled energy drinks wich most of them are not healthy. But all im saying is its probally worth your time to do some resurch and take advantage of all the information out there about eating healthy and just being healthy.I will tell you its a choice to be healthy and is one of the few things you have controll over in this world.

Eating Healthy

Lets start with the basics, health is not popoing a multi vitimine once a day and calling it good. I wish it were that easy! Being healthy is more of a lifestyle, it takes a lil effort and some reasurch. Health is a choice, you have to decide you want to be healthy then stick with it. Eventually it will become a part of your life and be habit.

I think health begins with the way we treat our body, i see it like owning a car! the basics of a car is it needs fuel to run, it just so happens we can get this at a pump and pick what gade we want to use. Well our bodies work the same way we need fuel to run. The only difference is our fuel comes in many different grades,and its not as easy as pulling a lever. We have a choice we can choose to run on the bare minium and just eat whatevers handy or we can choose to resucrch what our bodies need to run at their best and feed them premium fuel. Results being, having more energy, feeling better all around, better emune system, and potentually lenghing your life span.
